The charity has funded the building of waterborne toilets at the school aimed at promoting and providing good hygiene behaviour both to teachers and children well-being and a healthy environment

The building and installation of waterborne toilets moving away from pit latrines will able the school children especially menstruating girls, to further their education by remaining in the school system.

Conditions such as inappropriate and inadequate sanitary facilities like lack of proper toilets, safe water for drinking and hygiene contribute to student’s absenteeism and the high drop-out rates of girls in schools.
