Completing the Clinic and Installing a Borehole
The clinic building was completed in October 2010 and started operating in January 2011. This was shortly followed by the supply of a qualified nurse by the Zambian Government through the Ministry of Health.
The same year, a water borehole was drilled and a hand water pump was installed to supply clean drinking water to the clinic and the surrounding community.
